Toss it Out is a Story-telling & Self-improvement Podcast by host Kenny, and co-host Matt. The Podcast features lessons on intellectual humility. We don’t have to feel attacked each time someone challenges or questions our beliefs. Instead, we should entertain the possibility that we may be wrong about some things, and be open to the experience of learning from one another. On Episode 3 of the new Podcast, the hosts spill the tea on how they met and how the podcast came to be. They also discuss their friendships and question if friends could last forever.
Kenny is a recent Media & Communications graduate of Goldsmiths University. She describes herself as a Creative Storyteller. Passionate about creating visuals and contents that tell a story in a way that is both entertaining and relatable. Kenny expresses her thoughts and ideas through drawings, animated shorts, and now, a podcast.
